Downstairs has a sitting room with open fire and french doors which open onto the terrace and enclosed garden. There is also a selection of books for you to borrow during your stay.

A second sitting room with comfortable seating and a wood burning stove leads to a beautiful handmade bespoke country kitchen. The sitting room has a large flat screen television (with Freeview), and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs for you to use during your stay.

The kitchen has a large range cooker with electric hob, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble drier, everything to help make your stay a relaxing one.

For convenience there is a downstairs toilet with a 'warm cupboard' - useful for drying wet clothes from walking or fishing. 

The dining area of the kitchen has a farmhouse table that can seat 8.  There are french doors that open into the garden.

For added comfort the kitchen benefits from underfloor heating.
